Real City Realty Inc., Brokerage has been serving Vaughan and the GTA since November 2016 — representing buyers, sellers and investors. As Broker of Record, KC leads the brokerage's buyer-focused practice: when you reach out through this site, you're working directly with the person responsible for how every buyer file at Real City is handled.

001 // PRINCIPLE

Your agent works for you.

If we represent you as a buyer, we don't also represent the seller of the home you're trying to buy. We'll always disclose any agency relationship up front and recommend independent representation when it matters most. Conflicts are a real-estate reality — transparency about them isn't optional.

002 // PRINCIPLE

We'll tell you when not to buy.

A meaningful share of the homes you'll tour with us, we'll recommend walking away from. That's the job. Talking a client out of a bad deal protects their deposit, their financing, and sometimes their marriage — and it's one of the most valuable things a buyer's agent can do.

003 // PRINCIPLE

Stay after closing.

Most agents disappear once the deposit clears. We don't. Renovation referrals, inspection follow-ups, tax appeals, refinancing introductions — we're the person you call about your home for years afterwards.

Our story

Why KC built a buyer-focused practice — and keeps it specialized.

Real City Realty Inc., Brokerage opened its doors at 55 Rutherford Rd S in Brampton in November 2016 — a locally-owned, independent brokerage covering the full GTA, including Vaughan.

As Broker of Record, Kelechi (KC) Amadi saw a pattern play out again and again: first-time buyers walking into bidding wars under-prepared, signing offers without fully understanding inspections, and going up against listing agents with years of experience on the other side.

So KC built a buyer-focused practice inside the brokerage — dedicated agents whose week is structured around buyers. Hand-built MLS searches. Neighbourhood scouting. Comparable analysis. Offer strategy. And a network of inspectors and mortgage brokers vetted over the years.

The brokerage as a whole still represents sellers, investors and landlords — and that team works alongside the buyer practice every day. But when you come in as a buyer through this site, you're matched with someone whose specialization is buyer representation, under KC's direct oversight as Broker of Record.
